If you choose to sign up for updates, we collect your name and email address via a link on Google forms or directly on our website pages subscribe form.

Why do we need this? This information is only used to contact you with updates about our services such as any upcoming events or training courses. You will be contacted a maximum of once per month and you can choose to unsubscribe at any time.

Who will your information be shared with?

Your information is only shared with Sophie at Do Good Research Ltd for the purposes above and isn’t shared with any third parties for any other reason.

Where will your information be stored?

Your personally identifiable information including your name and email address, is stored in a secure password protected area with Two-Factor Authentication. This is only accessible to Sophie at Do Good Research Ltd.

How long will we keep your data?

We will retain your name and email address for a maximum of 12 months. If you haven’t engaged with any of our services during this time (eg. booked a call, attended training or events) then all of your data will be removed.

Do Good Research Ltd is committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure.
